A tribute to the wonderful Denise Matthews formerly known as Vanity. This story is mostly made from her own words over samples of gospel music and pop. Denise came from a broken home and rose to fame, fortune, and stardom only to have it crash with a near drug overdose. After that, she gave up her former life and became a pastor. To me, this is where her true stardom came out. Her passion and dedication to God was undeniable. To anyone going through a hard time and looking for a deeper meaning, let the story of Denise inspire you.
